The captain The match-winner with his two more finishes at international level. The first a typical opportunist's goal and his next a classy headed goal after peeling away off his defender. Aged 32, his form is unwavering and the side have every chance next summer with him up top. 8/10

The attacker Had difficulty to influence play out wide. Was presented with a presentable chance following a pass by the midfielder but the keeper denied him. Rashford had a greater effect when substituted. 5/10
